"Very poorly thought out service and app in my experience. One of the programs I interviewed with used this service for scheduling and conducting the interviews, and the connection was so poor that they ultimately switched to another virtual meeting service after faculty introductions. I was then waitlisted to a different program, and the notifications I received from the app were late, inconsistent, or not at all. It increased my anxiety and wasted a lot of my time hunting for that opening."
